I have a bedroom available in a two bedroom duplex in Montford. The room is large enough to fit a queen size bed, desk and dresser and has a fireplace (not functioning, but looks cool). The kitchen is spacious with lots of windows looking out over the backyard. It has a dishwasher and electric stove. There is a washer and dryer in the basement where there is also additional storage space.The area is within walking distance from downtown and there is a really tasty Italian restaurant practically 3 doors down. There is off-street parking.The room is $550/month + utilities. The apartment is rented through a City Realtors, so any roommate would have to go through their financial checks and be added to the lease. Things about me:I'm 29 year old female, working for a study abroad company, like being outside, cooking, traveling, and am a clean, considerate roommate. I don't smoke and don't have pets and need a roommate that doesn't smoke or have pets with fur or feathers.
